Our Graduate Management Trainee Programme is suited for undergraduates

  • Wanting to gain exposure to different facets of professional practice prior to formal placement in a specific department.
  • Train in the following departments on a 3-month rotational basis for a period of one year and in the following sequence:-
    1. Valuation – Zerin Properties Corporate Valuers Sdn. Bhd.
    2. Research & Consultancy – Zerin Properties Corporate Valuers Sdn. Bhd.
    3. Property Management – Zerin Properties Urus Harta Sdn Bhd
    4. Real Estate Agency – Zerin Properties Sdn Bhd
  • An assessment will be made together with the management trainee with regards to the suitable placement and career path for full time employment at the end of the rotation
