Interns will be attached to the Valuation & Advisory Department and will be exposed to the following key areas
- Practical understanding and application of valuation approaches and methodologies
- Understanding of titles, survey plans and land administration in Malaysia
- Property site inspections and referencing
- Town Planning principles relevant to property valuation
- Report writing for valuation and advisory services
- Data compilation for research reports and market studies
- Team discussions on various property valuation and consultancy assignments
- Participation in our in-house training and development programmes
