Job Description

  • Undertake valuation and consultancy assignments for corporate clients
  • Perform market and feasibility studies in all key asset classes
  • Conduct market research and analysis on various property sectors
  • Deliver clear and concise Valuation and Consultancy Reports
  • Produce well-researched articles and periodic research reports
  • Maintain research and property databases and assist other team members

Requirements

  • Degree or other professional qualification in Valuation, Property Management, Economics or any related fields with strong academic achievements
  • Experienced property valuation executives, probationary valuers, research analysts, individuals with industry exposure and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and any other language
  • Good report writing, presentation and IT skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills including the ability to collate, interpret and effectively communicate property market analysis and economic data
  • Critical thinking skills that can convert data into meaningful relationships and information to drive quality decision making
